1. Who we are and scope

This website promotes TUNNL and runs its early access sign-up. The website is run by PEDL Labs SA, Rue du Grand-Pont 12, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland (company number CHE-132.000.482) ("PEDL Labs", "we", "our"). By visiting or using the site, or signing up for early access, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Purpose of the site

Everything on the site is published for general information about TUNNL. Product descriptions, screenshots, features and timing may change, may show features still in development, and are not an offer, a commitment to deliver or professional advice. Nothing here forms a contract for any product or service. When TUNNL launches, it will have its own terms.

3. Early access and contact requests

You must be 18 or over to sign up for early access. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the email address you give is yours. When you sign up or get in touch, please give accurate details.

Signing up adds you to our early access list. It does not create a login or give you a right to access TUNNL. We do not guarantee that you will be offered access, when TUNNL will launch, or that it will launch at all.

We will email you from hello@tunnl.app to confirm your sign-up and with early access and launch news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your sign-up is also used to create your TUNNL fan profile on KINTRA, PEDL Labs' fan identity and loyalty platform. How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership

TUNNL, the TUNNL name and logo, the site design, text, graphics and software belong to PEDL Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, republishing, scraping, reverse engineering or commercial reuse requires our prior written consent, except as the law allows.

5. Rules of use

You agree not to: act unlawfully while using the site or in a way that harms others; sign up using someone else's email address or false details; submit automated or bulk sign-ups; try to access systems or data you are not authorised to reach; introduce malicious code or overload our infrastructure; collect data from the site by automated means; or pretend to be someone else when submitting a form.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to websites or services run by others, including our social media channels, we do so for convenience only. Those sites sit outside our control, so their content, security and privacy handling are their own responsibility.

7. Availability and our liability

The site is free and is provided for information and early access sign-up only. We try hard to keep the site online and correct, yet we provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent the law allows, PEDL Labs excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, any liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

8. Restricting access

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site, or block access or remove sign-ups for anyone who breaches these Terms, at any time and without notice.

9. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Applicable law and courts

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
